Most villa managers in Bali are an office and a phone number. We are four people who live here, who know the banjar, the builders and the drivers by name, and who can be standing in your villa within fifteen minutes of a guest sending a message.

Ariel Estate Investments started with one villa and a simple problem. The people renting villas in Bali were being managed at arm's length, and it showed in the reviews, the maintenance bills and the empty weeks.

So we did it ourselves. Four villas later we still answer the messages, still meet the guests, and still walk the properties every week. When an owner hands us a villa, they get the same people who look after our own.
